I'm quoting: "I'm required to produce an Indie Film for my final project. The topic? Anything I want and that's were the scene comes in; I'm planning on directing a documentary about our scene. Once it premiers at STC and get my grade, I'll then post it on this site as public record. This is a serious project and I'll be asking bands and promoters for interviews. If they they're asked and stand me up, I'll berate them until I die. We are, after all, professionals here.Currently, the film is in its planning stages. Shooting will start in October and final editing will be in November. This is for a December release date. Sounds easy, huh? We'll see. December will be the release date because that's when the project is due; so there is no "ifs, ands, or buts" about it.I would like to meet as many people as possible that make up the scene. No exceptions. No matter the affiliation, I would like to show the hard work that goes into production of this scene. Although the narration will be subjective at times, the film is a documentary and will be objective. I'm only going to say this once because the nature of the importance. There will never be another film like this EVER as a homage to our scene. I'm almost certain others will come out with their versions, but fuck 'em, we're focusing on what is going on.I do hope that people that are asked to participate take this as seriously, because, it will be part of permanent online records on this site... and Google... and YouTube... and Myspace... well, it'll be online for everyone to see and everyone will see this" film.
